Flanged RF Microwave Terminations

RFT Flanged RF Terminations are high temperature brazed to the heat sink to obtain the lowest thermal resistance and the highest heat dissipation. Flange Terminations are available in single hole Flange, double or four hole Flange mounting styles. Flange Terminations are constructed on BeO or AlN ceramic. High temperature brazed construction high reliability applications or soldered construction for lower cost savings are available. RF Terminations are available in frequency ranges from DC to 8 GHz, in power levels up to 800 Watts CW and are RoHS compliant. RFT can supply drop in replacement for the legacy products from KDI, Anaren, Florida RF lab and other termination manufacturers.
